1. Candidates are rquested to fill all the columns in the Form

2. Take a print out of the online Application Form after successful submission of data online. The print out of the Form should be sent to, Darsana Academy Sastri Road, Kottayam, Kerala-686001 along with a demand draft for Rs. 1250/- drawn on Darsana Academy payable at Kottayam towards advance registration.(Add Rs. 500/- towards advance for Boys hostel if required)and two passport size photographs with a copy of SSLC or +2 certificates as the case may be.
