KVPY (Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojna)
It is an ongoing programme started by the Department of Science and Technology, Govt of India, to encourage students of Basic Sciences, Engg. and Medicine to take up research careers in these areas. The aim of the programme is to identify and encourage talented students with aptitude for research
NTSE (National Talent Search Examination)
It is a National level scholarship programme in India to identify and nurture talented students. the scheme is opened to students of Indian nationality. only students studying in class X are eligible to appear for the selection process. As it is organized by an official body (NCERT)
